The Friends of the Etna Public Library
Book Sale, Raffle and Bake Sale

Was a GREAT Success!!

With out the help of many of the members this great event could not tremendous. Many thanks to the Organizers, The Raffle Committee and those who donated items to the Raffle, Publicity Volunteers, the Bakers for the Bake Sale. The ones who lifted, carried, sorted all the Books, and the Volunteers who took shifts.

The rewards of a good and successful fund raisers are tremendous. Thanks to all that helped!


Projects The Friends Support:
  • Book Sale - Spring & Fall
  • History Night
  • Writing Contest for "American Library Assocications Nation Library Week" in April with the Fort Jones Friends
  • Spring Tea Fund Raiser

What The Friends pay for:
  • Utilities, Propane and Electric
  • Book Rental
  • Insurance
  • Library hours on Fridays
  • Provide a Friends Volunteer to keep Mondays open
  • "Best Seller" Books
  • Grounds Maintenance
  • New Laptop Computer
  • Repairs to the building

What The Friends Need:
  • Ear Phone for TV (not remote)
  • Volunteer Handyman
  • Members
  • Used Books for Sale
  • Help with Friends Projects
