MEETING DATES FOR 2009

Annual General Board Meetings

The annual general meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held in February of each year. The second general meeting of the year may be held in August. Written notice of all regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be given by mail or delivered personally to each director at least seven days before the meetings.

Executive Committee Meetings

The Executive Committee will meet the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in the FMC Board Room.

Nominating Committee Meetings

Meetings held as needed.

Planned Giving Committee Meetings

The Planned Giving Committee will meet the Monday before the Executive Committee Meeting at 4:00 p.m. in the FMC Board Room.

Investment Committee Meetings

The Investment Committee will meet the second Wednesday of every month at
4:00 p.m. in the FMC Board Room or held as needed.

Community Relations Committee Meetings

The Community Relations Committee will meet the first Thursday of every month at 4:30 p.m. in the FMC Board Room.

Special Events Committee Meetings

Golf Committee Meeting Dates will be scheduled as needed.

Children’s Christmas Festival meetings scheduled as needed.
