Located close to the Russian Wilderness Area and within driving distance to the Marble Mountains and Trinity Wilderness Areas.  There are numerous trails to hundreds of pristine mountain lakes – great fishing and hiking.  There are also many miles of back roads for biking.

The cabin area includes a cold swimming pond, a hammock by Paynes Creek, a gazebo with an outside eating area, and a tipi. There are also nice walks close by through beautiful forest.

The cabin has a loft sleeping area with a full size bed and a sleeper couch.  There is a small creek-side sleeping cabin that sleeps two.  And the tipi is large with 4 cots.
