Making houses into homes with quality building in the Scott Valley area of
Siskiyou County, CA. Neil was raised in Scott Valley, son of a carpenter and
grew up working in the building business. He got his California contractor’s
licence in 1978. He worked with his father, Glenn, until Glenn retired.
With 35 plus years
experience, Neil specializes in custom homes, but also has experience with
remodels and all aspects of the building process. The “Whipple built”
reputation comes from Neil’s quality craftsmanship, precise building, and
the ability to work with people’s dreams.
