The back wall and corner were torn off. Dry rot was found and the job became bigger. |
The Remodel now took in all the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, mud room, dinning area and most the living room. |
This rock was found holding the living room floor joist up. |

All new footing, foundations and support beams had to be put in without the second story coming down. |
