Pinnacles of Giving
The "The Pinnacles of Giving Society," has been established to recognize donors’ contributions as follows:

Your commitment to our efforts and the advancement of medicine in Siskiyou County is is deeply appreciated.

  • Willow Creek Mountain Associate

    is the first level in our annual giving club. Gifts of $100 to $249 qualify a donor for membership in this club. Member benefits include a listing in The Foundation Newsletter, a FMC fountain pen and a personal invitation to our open house reception and continued receipt of all Foundation publications.
     

  • Black Butte Pioneers

    are donors who annually contribute $250 to $499. They receive all benefits of membership offered to Willow Creek Mountain Associate plus invitation to our FMC Foundation monthly presentations and workshops on topics of interest to donors.
     

  • Mt Eddie Fellows

    make yearly contributions of $500 to $999. They receive all of the above benefits plus an invitation to our Pinnacles of Giving Society Annual Dinner and Presentation. They will also receive a FMC Foundation Coffee Mug.

  • Goose Nest Partners

    contribute $1,000 to $2,499 annually. They receive all of the above plus a special invitation with reserved seating to all hospital and foundation special events.
     

  • Marble Mountain Leaders

    are donors who contribute $2,500 to $4,999. They will receive all of the above plus private planned giving consultation including a FMC Monthly Pocket Calendar.
     

  • Mt Shasta Presidents

    are the FMC Foundation’s Pinnacles of Giving Society leaders donating $5,000 or more annually. They receive all of the benefits offered to the Marble Mountain Leaders plus they will be guests of honor at a special recognition luncheon hosted by the Executive Committee of the FMC Foundation and the Hospital CEO. Mt Shasta Presidents will also receive permanent recognition on our Lifetime Donor Board in the hospital lobby.
