Rascal

ABOUT AFC-CFC-CAFC Chugach Hills Jazz's Rascal : Rascal was whelped on January 21, 1990 and comes from Jazztime Labs in Charlo, MT (406)644-2706. Larry and Anna Calvert are amateur trainers and have trained and run Rascal extensively in Field Trials in the US and Canada. Out of FC, AFC, CFC, CAFC Jazztime MHR and a mother who was a Grand Master Hunting Retriever, Rascal has an impressive list of accomplishments which include:

Rascal's strengths are marking, intelligence, and the tendency to run straight lines on retrieve. He is hard going and very intense, but has a disposition that make him bidable at home and in the blind. He is about average size for a field trial lab at 75 Ibs. Rascal is hunted each fall, has a good nose, and does a great job of quartering on upland hunts. He is a fantastic pheasant dog, and a natural pointer. Rascal has also proven to be a great producer of high quality pups. His pups are very birdy, aggressive, and athletic in the field, but seem to have an easy going disposition at home.
